Shipping Policy
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3 business days from the date of shipment.
International orders are shipped via USPS and generally arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 21 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, sealed and unused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local mail carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used or altered, including products that have been spilled or damaged after delivery.
Please note that individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.

Refund Processing
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to company error or a verified product defect.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return. Depending on your banking institution, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
